VAN WERT — A Van Wert man pleaded not guilty this week to child pornography charges.
Paul Susralski, 48, pleaded not guilty to four counts of pandering sexually oriented material involving minors, each second-degree felonies; four counts of illegal use of minors in nudity oriented material, each second-degree felonies; four counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor, each second-degree felonies; and possession of criminal tools, a fifth-degree felony.
His bond was set at $500,000, and a judge scheduled his pretrial for July 24.
Susralski was arrested June 26 following an investigation that lasted less than a month. He was using the Internet to commit his crimes, said Jill Del Greco, a spokeswoman for the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Identification and Investigation.
Del Greco declined to share more information since the case is pending.
