Police calls for Wednesday, May 8

Police calls as of 10:35 a.m. Wednesday, May 8 from the Allen County Sheriff's Office, Shawnee Township and Lima police departments:



2440 Baton Rouge Ave., Lima On Tuesday, a Baton Rouge Medical and Rehabilitation Center employee reported a resident failed to return to the center from church.



3477 S. Dixie Highway, Lima On Monday, a Functional Accelerated Sports Training employee reported a parking lot dumpster was set on fire over the weekend.



Main and Third streets, Lima On Tuesday, police arrested a 24-year-old man door marijuana possession. Police pulled him over for a traffic violation, smelled marijuana smoke and found a blunt in his possession.



700 block of East Third Street, Lima On Tuesday, a 21-year-old woman reported her 31-year-old live-in boyfriend punched her in the face during an argument. Police arrested the man later that evening when he returned to the home.



2200 block of Arcadia Avenue, Lima On May 2, a 36-year-old woman reported someone stole her $366 pair of earrings.



2200 block of Western Ohio Avenue, Lima On May 1, a 25-year-old man reported his 2-year-old daughter is being abused.
