KENTON - A pair of Kenton youths remained in the hospital Thursday after a one-vehicle crash Wednesday afternoon in rural Hardin County.    The driver, Cody Radcliffe, 17, of Kenton, was listed in serious condition late Thursday evening at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center in Toledo. His passenger, 12-year-old Ashley Siebenaler, of Kenton, was listed in critical condition, a hospital spokeswoman said.    The juveniles crashed on Township Road 140, west of County Road 235 in Dudley Township, at 5:15 p.m. Wednesday, when Radcliffe’s minivan went off the road and rolled several times. Troopers of the Findlay Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol said he overcorrected twice. Troopers are still investigating the crash.
