LIMA - Allen County voters will see a 0.3 mill replacement levy for the Allen County Council on Aging on the November ballot.

The Allen County commissioners passed the second resolution needed Tuesday to go to voters. It will be an increase to voters, the first since 1989. The levy will be collected on the current land evaluations, as opposed to collecting it on the 1989 land evaluation.

Bluffton Senior Citizens, Senior Citizens Services on West Elm Street, Delphos Senior Citizens and the Council on Aging all receive money from the levy to fund programs. The previous levy brought in about $380,000 a year between the four agencies.
