BATH TOWNSHIP — A 25-year-old man was injured Saturday afternoon in a motorcycle accident in Bath Township.

Bath Township Fire and Rescue Capt. Bill Stippich said the man was driving south on Interstate 75 and had started to get off the Bluelick Road exit. He lost control because of stones on the road. The accident occurred at 12:15 p.m.

The Lima post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol handled the accident, but no information was available, including the motorcyclist’s name. Stippich said he was taken to St. Rita’s Medical Center with serious, but non-life-threatening injuries.
