LIMA - Deputies from the Allen County Sheriff's Office found a woman Wednesday night who had been reported missing by family members on Jan. 7.
Deputies found Kristi Blanton Gipson, of Gomer, in a vehicle operated by her husband, David T. Gipson. She was fine and not in danger or held against her will.
David Gipson was arrested on outstanding warrants not associated with the missing person report.
