LIMA — Two people were taken to the hospital for minor injuries after being stabbed early Saturday and another was arrested later in the day.
Lonnie Rader, 42, of Lima, was being charged with suspicion of felonious assault, Lima Police Sgt. Chris Sprouse said. Rader also had outstanding warrants.
Police officers were called about a possible stabbing to 134 Bellwood Drive at 4:43 a.m. Saturday. When officers arrived they found Tiffini Fisher, 38, and Chad Esmonde, 42. Both were taken to St. Rita’s Medical Center, where they were treated, then released.
Esmonde lives at the address of the incident. Sprouse did not know the relationship between the three. Rader was taken in by police later in the day.
