LIMA — Rhodes State College is offering students an opportunity to become a licensed real estate agent with 10 weeks of coursework this summer.
The enhanced Real Estate Certificate Program at Rhodes provides students with the 120 hours of classwork required to sit for the Real Estate Licensure Examination in the State of Ohio. Classes will be split over two five-week terms. The first classes begin May 13. The second five weeks of classes begin June 24.
Course changes include combining real estate practice and appraisal into one course and combining real estate law and finance into one course. All courses are from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. Mondays, Tuesday and Wednesdays.
