Police calls for Tuesday, April 9

Police calls as of 9:45 a.m. Tuesday, April 9 from the Allen County Sheriff's Office, Lima and Shawnee Township police departments:



500 W. Robb Ave., Lima On Monday, a 32-year-old woman reported her 15-year-old son was assaulted at Robb Park. She said he attempted to stop a large fight but was punched in the face several times. She said she believes there is a video of the fight online.



1600 block of West Breese Road, Lima Early Tuesday, police found a highly intoxicated 42-year-old man sleeping in the woods and took him to the Allen County Sheriff's office.



2000 block of Kingston Avenue, Lima On Monday, a 58-year-old woman reported her sister pushed her in a chair during an argument.



1000 block of North Main Street, Lima On Sunday, police arrested a 23-year-old man who was involved in a fight and threatened police. While en route to the police department, the man apologized to the officers and said he should have never threatened to fight them.



Main Street and Grand Avenue, Lima Early Sunday, police arrested two men, ages 28 and 34, for opiate possession following a traffic stop.



700 block of Brice Avenue, Lima Early Sunday, police arrested a 45-year-old man for opiate possession following a traffic stop.



3900 block of Odema Drive, Lima On Sunday, a 48-year-old woman reported someone used her credit card from REI without her consent.



4200 block of South Dixie Highway, Cridersville On April 3, a 54-year-old man reported his wife has been verbally abusing him for several months.



1600 block of West Breese Road, Lima On April 3, a 41-year-old man reported someone stole his prescription drugs.



3300 block of South Dixie Highway, Lima On April 2, a 51-year-old woman reported she paid a contract worker $6,700 in 2011 for construction work he never completed.
