LIMA - A Florida-based company has purchased Hold It Systems/Ad On Hold, according to the Tampa Bay Business Journal.
Affiliates of Main Street Capital Corp. and Deerpath Capital Management LP provided financing for the transaction, according to a written statement and the paper. President of Hold It Systems Don Bruns will remain involved with the company, according to the statement.
Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
Hold It Systems/Ad On Hold is a messaging on-hold company affiliated with Adman Inc. Spectrio is a Tampa, Fla.-based provider of audio- and video-based marketing services.
Bruns says Adman Inc., a 32 year old full-service advertising agency remains locally owned, and serving clients in Lima, Allen County and across the country. Adman Inc. has won numerous regional and national awards for graphic, audio and visual presentations.
