Police calls as of 10:20 a.m. Friday, April 19 from the Allen County Sheriff's Office and Lima Police Department:
925 E. Third St., Lima — On Thursday, police arrested an unruly 10-year-old boy at Unity Elementary School. The student was initially disruptive in class, but then as the teacher escorted him to the principal's office, he kicked and swung his fists. The boy would not calm down, so the police were contacted. The boy was released to his mother.
236 N. Main St., Lima — On Sunday, police arrested a 32-year-old woman for attempting to steal items from Family Dollar. She took two containers of men's cologne and a package of fake fingernails, worth $7 total.
1800 block of West Wayne Street, Lima — On Wednesday, police responded to an unresponsive man. The 22-year-old woke up after police arrived; he told police he had just taken heroin. The man was arrested. Three needles and three spoons considered to be drug paraphernalia were taken into evidence.
400 block of North McDonel Street, Lima — Early Friday, a 46-year-old man reported his friend's girlfriend pushed his motorcycle over while he was visiting at his friend's house. The woman told him, "It was on my property, so I pushed it over."
1900 block of Eureka Street, Lima — On Wednesday, a 24-year-old man reported a burglar stole electronics from his residence.
8300 block of Reservoir Road, Lima — On Thursday, a 35-year-old man reported someone damaged his vehicle while he was out of town.
2730 Elida Road, Lima — On Thursday, a TJ Maxx employee reported a patron attempted to steal store merchandise.
3600 block of St. Marys Road, Spencerville — On Thursday, a 52-year-old woman reported someone damaged the interior of her car.
