LIMA — The Allen County Sheriff’s Office released details of its investigation today into a double murder and suicide July 26.
Randy Glenn Sr. made telephone threats from his home in Georgia the day before the shootings and then drove to Lima, according to the release from Allen County Sheriff Sam Crish. His estranged wife, Carlin Glenn, had filed a telephone harassment report about the threats by telephone and text message.
Glenn Sr. shot and killed his wife and daughter, Andrea C. Glenn, before killing himself in the home. His son, Randy D. Glenn Jr., escaped, according to the report.
Glenn Sr. and his estranged wife, Carlin Glenn, had previous domestic disturbances, were separated and were in the process of a divorce, according to the report.
