OTTAWA - Representatives from Rhodes State College will be at the Putnam County Educational Service Center from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. March 24. It's an opportunity for residents to learn more about Rhodes' programs, admissions processes, financial aid and scholarship opportunities and transferability of degrees.
