LIMA — Officials at PCS Nitrogen on Saturday said residents in the area can expect a noise level increase attributed to a startup at the facility.
Jennifer Niese, human resources manager at PCS Nitrogen, said the completion of a shutdown of operations for maintenance will mean an increase in noise for the next few days as the facility restarts operations.
Niese said the increased noise level occurs during both the shutdown and startup of the facility.
