LIMA — The case against a man linked to the stabbing death of another man was sent to the grand jury today.
Charles McGuire, 30, is charged with aggravated burglary. His case was sent to the grand jury for further consideration.
He is accused of organizing a plan to rob a family in his neighborhood on Dec. 27. The plan went severely wrong, and the man he hired to carry it out was stabbed to death during the robbery attempt.
