Perry Township opens recycling drop-off location

PERRY TOWNSHIP - Perry Township recently opened a recycling drop-off location at the Perry Township Garage, 2501 E. Breese Road. It is open from dusk to dawn daily.


Residents of Perry Township can recycle newspapers; flattened cardboard; office paper; No. 1 and No. 2 plastics, such as laundry, milk and pop bottles; glass food and beverage containers; aluminum and steel cans; and food and beverage containers. All items must be removed from bags.


The recycling area cannot accept motor oil; paints; hazardous materials; liquids; No. 3, 4, 5, 6 or 7 plastics; building materials or tires. The area is sponsored by the North Central Ohio Solid Waste District, Perry Township and ACR Recyclers.
