ELIDAWaste Management will pick up its trash carts Wednesday in the village of Elida after the normal trash pickup run.Residents are asked to leave their carts at the curb until they are removed.Allen County Refuse, the village’s new trash hauler, will distribute new trash and recycling carts this week. Allen County Refuse will perform regular trash and recyclables pickup on Wednesdays beginning May 2.
