Police calls as of 9:35 a.m. Wednesday, June 26 from the Allen County Sheriff’s Office, Lima and Shawnee Township police departments:


2500 block of Reservoir Road, Lima — On Wednesday, a 59-year-old woman reported a person in a hooded sweatshirt outside a neighboring residence was watching a 14-year-old girl through a window.


1000 block of Hughes Avenue, Lima — On Tuesday, a 32-year-old woman reported someone stole her 3-month-old pit bull puppy from her backyard.


2150 Harding Highway, Lima — On Tuesday, a 95-year-old woman reported a check was taken from her car while it was parked at Red Lobster. The check was cashed at a Chase Bank for an undisclosed amount.


200 block of South Mill Street, Beaverdam — On Tuesday, a 43-year-old woman reported her son has not been listening to her all day.


4700 block of Wenatchi Trail, Lima — On Friday, a 38-year-old man reported someone made $1,600 in unauthorized purchases with his credit card.


2000 block of High Ridge Road, Lima — On Friday, a 51-year-old man reported someone stole his LeBron James rookie card and a collection of sports cards, worth an estimated $400.


1250 W. Breese Road, Lima — On June 20, a Morinda Petroleum employee reported paying more than $8,500 to a contractor and subcontractor to do asphalt work that was never completed.
