CELINA - Student housing will soon be part of the Wright State University’s Lake Campus.
The university announced Friday that funding has been secured through The People’s Bank Co. to construct townhouse-style apartments on land west of the campus. The Western Ohio Educational Foundation owns the land and will own the apartments, according to information from the university.
The apartments will feature four to five individual bedrooms, a living room, full kitchen, washer/dryer and two bathrooms. Each will be furnished with chairs, a couch, end tables, beds and desks. Utilities, including cable television, Internet and a phone line, are included in the cost.
The housing application will be available online for current Lake Campus students on Monday. Prospective students who are admitted will be able to apply March 1.
