2 injured in Hancock County crash

FINDLAY — Two people were being treated for injuries after a crash near the intersection of township Road 128 and township Road 89 in Liberty Township.


Phong Sakda, driving her husband, Lor Sakda, was heading toward Road 89 when suddenly her 1995 Honda veered off the left side of the road. The crash occurred late Sunday after 11 p.m. when the Hancock County Sheriff’s Office was called to the scene.


After going off the road, Sakda’s vehicle struck a utility pole and came to rest on the top half of the car. Both were taken to Blanchard Valley Hospital, where their conditions were unavailable Monday.


No other information was available Monday.
