HANCOCK COUNTY — Three people were taken to a Findlay-area hospital Saturday after an early afternoon crash in Jackson Township.

Deputy Barry Turner, of the Hancock County Sheriff’s Office, said a vehicle driven by Lauren Heldman, 54, of Findlay, was traveling north on county Road 8 when she stopped at the intersection with state Route 15. Heldman’s vehicle then collided with a vehicle driven by Marvin Taylor, 58, of Holland.

Taylor and his two passengers, Marla Carlisle and an infant child, were taken to Blanchard Valley Hospital for treatment. No conditions were available Saturday.

Heldman was cited for failure to yield the right of way from a posted stop sign.
