LIMA — A man was found unconscious, naked and badly hurt behind his Lima residence Wednesday afternoon.
Lima police were dispatched at 3:50 p.m. to 415 N. Jameson Avenue, where Sgt. Chris Sprouse said Casey Smith, 29, had torn up the inside of his home and somehow ended outside near bushes. Police described Smith as naked and bloodied.
Smith was taken to St. Rita’s Medical Center, where he was listed in critical condition Wednesday evening.
Sprouse said police do not believe foul play was involved.
