LIMA — The Ohio Supreme Court fined an Allen County attorney Tuesday $150 for late compliance with continuing legal education requirements.
The penalty was issued against Jerome Riley Doute, who has been an attorney since 1988. Attorneys are required to complete 24 hours of education every two years. That includes at least 2.5 hours on professional conduct.
