Student housing coming along
Comments 0 | Recommend 0LIMA - The newest student housing near the OSU-Lima/Rhodes State campus will be ready for students come September.
Fifty percent of the 110 openings have already been filled, said Marc Reinicke, community manager of University Residences at Longmeadow, located on state Route 309, just west of campus.
Both OSU-Lima and Rhodes students, mostly incoming freshmen, have shown interest in the apartment complex, which includes a fitness center and clubhouse.
Rent is $475 per person and includes all utilities, cable and Internet access and the use of the clubhouse and fitness center. The apartments are fully furnished, including with a washer and dryer.
