Police calls for Tuesday, Sept. 9

Police calls as of 8:30 a.m. Sept. 9 from Allen County Sheriff's Office and Lima Police Department:

1000 block of East High Street, Lima - Police arrested a 23-year-old man Monday for suspicion of possession of crack cocaine. During a traffic stop, officers found crack cocaine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

500 block of North Jefferson Street, Lima - A 51-year-old man reported Monday that someone broke into his vehicle and took an air compressor, roofing nailers, drill case and other items.

100 block of South Cedar Street, Lima - A 51-year-old woman reported Monday that she heard gunshots hit her house. Four bullet holes were found on the side of the house. Her vehicle was also struck. Her son and grandson are suspects in a home invasion, and the shooting could be retaliation, according to the police report.

800 block of West Kibby Street, Lima - Officer were called to a residence Monday after a home invasion. There are two suspects.

200 block of North West Street, Lima - A 29-year-old man reported Monday that someone took his motorcycle. It had half of a tank of gas. The keys were not with the motorcycle.

100 block of East Fourth Street, Lima - A 58-year-old man reported Monday that the door of a house he is watching was kicked in. The occupant is incarcerated. The man does not know if anything is missing.

1600 block of Lakewood Avenue, Lima - A 39-year-old man reported Monday that someone entered his vehicle and took $5 in change. The car can not be locked. Another person on the block reported someone broke into his vehicle and took his CD player and shoes.

400 block of South Kenilworth Street, Lima - A 30-year-old man reported Monday that someone broke into his vehicle and took the stereo. Another man reported that someone entered his garage, broke into his vehicle and took 12 bottles of Bud Light.

100 block of Eureka Street, Lima - A 47-year-old woman reported Monday that someone took her computer from her vehicle.

1 Spartan Way, Lima - Police were called to Lima Senior High School Monday in regards to a fight among several students.

100 block of Haller Street, Lima - A 30-year-old woman reported Monday that her credit cards were stolen from her vehicle.

800 block of South Leonard Street, Lima - It was reported Monday that someone broke into the equipment trailer at Southern Electric and took electric wire.

200 block of Elida Road, Elida - A 40-year-old woman reported Saturday that someone stole her vehicle.

10000 block of Reservoir Road, Lima - A 72-year-old man reported Saturday that someone stole his rider mowers.
