A couple of years ago, I had written an article about a lady who helped out people in our community, and The Lima newspaper printed it. I had gotten so many positive comments on it. It was titled, “Her little light just shines.”

Once again, I would like to thank her for everything she does. She’s still taking care of people in need, including myself. She brings meals and groceries to my home, at no charge. She tries her very best to get me and others what all of us need. She has went as far as taking people to doctors’ appointments, grocery stores and other important places when they need transportation, at no charge.

Her response is always the same. She tells me, “People are hurting, and if I can make a difference in their lives, that makes them happy or takes the burden off a little bit, it makes me happy.”

She is one in a zillion.

Thank you God, in Jesus name, for a “sweet” saint named Jan Zuercher and her “sweet” husband John, of Lima.
