Richard H.S. Crossman once noted that communist movements are the most effective way of introducing socialism in the backward countries. By inference, democratic socialism as preached by the Fabian Society is designed primarily to captivate advanced industrialized nations.
Profound words coming from a man named minister of housing and local government as a member of the Fabian-led Labour Party in 1964 in Great Britain. This was shortly after the Labour Party had decimated the economy of the empire so totally that the average man was allotted 1 1/2 eggs per week.
The Fabian socialists had taken control of the economy at the end of World War II. Their idea of a “fair share for all” is what this nation is going through today and the Affordable Care Act is just another example of what will ultimately become another in a long line of Fabian failures.
Before World War I you never heard a politician utter the word “democracy” in any speech, That is because we were founded as a republic, the exact opposite of a democracy.
Americans would do well to undestand the difference.
In a republic I keep what I earn. In a democracy the majority can take from one and give to another.
It IS socialism no matter what fancy name you put to it; it is a cancer that has eaten away at the very existence of what was the greatest nation to ever exist.
Obamacare is but another tumor in this cancer and it and its creators must be removed from the American way of life before it is too late.
