The family of Danielle Harden would like to give a huge thank-you to everyone involved in making her benefit held May 3 a wonderful success.

First, we would like to thank Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 9289 in St. Marys for the gracious donation of its hall, kitchen and bartenders, and to the men and women’s Auxiliary for all their time and effort in food and preparations.

We would like to thank Mindy and Jason Edgecomb, Nick Kiel, Ray & Karen Timmerman, Roger Rupert, Ron & Thelma Street, Ron Neargarder, Tim & Michelle Smith, Karen Hoel, Arlene Marlow, The Barbarians, Luke Jeffries, Judy Cooper, Kathy & Denny Schwarck, Mike Stephens, John & Penny Gibson, Angela Burgei and Donnie French, Andy Brogan and the Hunter Brothers and Something Special Mobile DJ Service – individuals who donated their time and talents to the event.

Huge thank-you to auctioneers Steve Feathers and Dalton Vanskyock, such kind-hearted people who gave of themselves and even personally donated to the cause.

A thank-you to all the area businesses who so generously gave door prizes or money for the raffle.

Lastly, a thank-you to all our friends and family who sold raffle tickets and everyone who purchased them. All of you gave so much of yourselves to make this an incredible day for Danielle and her children. Sadly, Danielle was not able to attend, but enjoyed all the pictures and videos taken. Our community is made up of such amazing people who make things like this happen by coming together and caring, praying and giving to others through heartbreaking and tragic times. We cannot express our gratitude enough for your help during this time of need.
