Delphos Task force raids Delphos home
January 20, 2012 8:09 PM
The local drug task force and the Allen County Sheriff SWAT team raided a Delphos home Friday that had been the source of complaints for a while.
Task force operatives raided a house at 515 W. Sixth St., seizing a small amount of marijuana, numerous devices commonly used to grow marijuana, possible drug paraphernalia, money, pharmaceutical pills, suspected ecstasy, along with guns and ammunition, said Delphos Police Chief Kyle Fittro, who is a member of the West Central Ohio Crime Task Force reported.
An unnamed 22-year-old man was inside but he was not arrested. He could be charged at a later date, Fittro said. The raid followed a short-term investigation into activities at the home following complaints, he said.
