Published Sept. 25, 2008

ST. HENRY -- The July death of a 6-month-old St. Henry boy has been ruled a homicide.

The Montgomery County Coroner's office ruled the July 8 death of Trevor James Stammen a homicide. Stammen, the son of Brian and Angela Stammen, was at the home of a baby sitter the morning of his death. Investigators with the Mercer County Sheriff's Office have questioned the sitter and family members, but no charges had been filed as of Monday evening, a department spokesman said.

The coroner's report found Stamman died of blunt-force trauma to the head.
