Rhodes State College faculty, Paul Burkholder, of Lima, and Steve Stiles, of Wapakoneta, have recently received the Cisco Network Academy Instructor Trainer Qualification.

To ensure that all instructors receive high-quality training to help them deliver the best possible learning experience to students, Cisco Networking Academy has developed the Instructor Trainer Qualification. This qualification is an ongoing global process designed to ensure that each Instructor Trainer is fully qualified to provide superior instructor training, enabling the greatest impact on the Networking Academy community.

The process ends with a rigorous examination that requires Instructor Trainer candidates to demonstrate their technical and pedagogical expertise.

Rhodes State College has been an authorized Cisco network Academy for the Cisco Certified Network Associate and Cisco Certified Network Professional programs since 2000.
