LIMA — Through two new customer service initiatives The Lima Allen County Building Department will focus on helping developers and project managers create efficient projects.
Contractors, designers and owners can now request to attend re-occurring meetings for construction projects offered by the Lima Allen County Building Department’s Construction Management Progress Meetings initiative. In the past, large project managers like Procter & Gamble and Dominion Energy have used the meetings, according to a news release.
To ensure that projects are efficient, the Lima Allen County Building Department meet with designers, project managers, and owners in advance and throughout the project.
The owner notification process initiative will provide owners and developers with updates and additional information required for plan approval as well as any information that has exceeded the 30-day period.
