LIMA — The League of Women Voters of the Lima Area will host a health care forum at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Lima Red Cross Building, 610 S. Collett Street.
Doors will open at 6:30 p.m. with the program beginning at 7 p.m. The event is free and open to the public.
Panel members with varied views of the U.S. health care system will offer perspectives on what is happening in health care and how consumers can best navigate their way through the changing system.
This program is a follow-up to last year’s discussion of the topic and sees the return of panel members Dr. Susan Hubbell, a specialist in physical medicine and rehabilitation and a member of the Lima/Allen County Academy of Medicine; Dr. Wilfred Ellis, infectious disease specialist and member of the Rhodes State College Board of Trustees; and Randee Henson, agent with Stolly Insurance of Lima.
Following short formal presentations by each panelist, the audience will be invited to ask questions.
