Nov. 14

Christopher J. Calvelage, 36, 24503 Road T, Delphos, was remanded to the WORTH Center for a charge of theft of a credit card. He was placed on five years’ community control. He must obtain and maintain employment, not take any medications without a valid prescription, and complete all treatment recommendations. Another count was dismissed.

Brandon J. Moore, 26, 12301 Road 169 Oakwood, was remanded to the WORTH Center for violating the terms of supervision. The violations included using methamphetamines, failing to report to his probation officer and not notifying the APA of an address change. He was placed on five years’ community control, must obtain and maintain employment, and complete all treatment recommendations. He was originally convicted of possession of drugs (methamphetamines).

Misty D. Burleson, Ottawa, was granted a divorce from Jason Burleson, Ottawa. They were married March 2, 2011 in Las Vegas, Nev., and have one child.

Putnam County Municipal Court dispositions

Nov. 9

Layton O. Donaldson, 21, 107 Pearl St., Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to driving under drug suspension. Sentence: 180 days jail, suspended, fined $250. He also pleaded guilty to drug paraphernalia. Sentence: $150 fine, six-month license. Charges of marijuana possession, improper passing and window tint were dismissed.

Nov. 13

Gyle D. Sines, 20, 2120 N. Eastown Road, Lima, pleaded guilty to underage consumption. Sentence: 180 days jail, suspended, $250 fine, with 30 hours’ community service and complete classes at Pathways Counseling Center.

Nov. 14

Brent M. Sutter, 44, 1042 Defiance St., Ottawa, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of reckless operation. Sentence: $150 fine. He also was fined $150 for open container. Charges of OVI and improper parking were dismissed.

William A. Hawk, 65, 2106 Reinell Ave., Lima, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of second-offense reckless operation. Sentence: Four points, 30 days jail, 27 days suspended, $250 fine, one-year license suspension. A charge of second-offense OVI was dismissed.

Nov. 16

Branda R. Gonyea, 36, 381 Finley Owens Road, Nancy, Ky., pleaded guilty to falsification. Sentence: 180 days jail, 149 days suspended, $100 fine.
