Friday morning shooting leaves Lima woman injured


LIMA — Lima police are seeking the public’s help in locating those involved in an incident early Friday morning that left a 21-year-old woman hospitalized with a single gunshot wound.

According to police reports, at approximately 12:16 a.m. Friday, officers responded to a report of shots fired in the 600 block of Harrison Street. When they arrived at a residence at 626 Harrison St., officers found Paris Odom, of Lima, to be the victim of a single gunshot wound to the lower back. She was transported by the Lima Fire Department to Lima Memorial Hospital for treatment of her injuries.

Hospital officials late Friday declined to release her condition.
