Feb. 1

Kindra Clemens, Cloverdale, was granted a divorce from Lukas Clemens, Paulding. They were married June 1, 2002 in Paulding, and have two children.

Feb. 2

Jennifer J. Gillette, 25, 102 Charloe Circle, Ottawa, entered an admission of violating the terms of supervision. The violations include using heroin on Jan. 23, and possessing drug abuse instruments. She will remain on supervision pending sentencing. She must comply with all recommendations of counseling and not leave Putnam County.

Jenna Heuerman, Vaughnsville, and Chad A. Heuerman, Cloverdale, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married Aug. 11, 2012 in Ottoville, and have two children.

Farm Credit Mid-America, Louisville, Ky., was granted judgment against William J. Like, Leipsic, on the first count in the amount of $44,802.38, plus interest and costs and on the second count of $18,838.86, plus interest and costs.

Jan. 26

Tyler J. Straley, 22, 505 Third St., Apt. A, Ottawa, pleaded no contest to theft and was found guilty. Sentence: 180 days jail, 178 days suspended, $150 fine. Charges of drug paraphernalia and drug abuse/possession were dismissed.

Doniven M. Helm, 20, 405 W. Sycamore St., Apt. E, Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to drug abuse/possession. Sentence: $150 fine. A charge of drug paraphernalia was dismissed.

Phillip D. Baney, 41, 510 N. St., Leipsic, was found guilty of drug paraphernalia. Sentence: $150 fine and six-month license suspension.

Jan. 30

Derek J. Barnhart, 23, 403 E. Cedar St., Dupont, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of physical control. Sentence: 180 days jail, 177 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, one year license suspension, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP.

Derrick E. White, Jr.,19, 1408 Lynn Ave., Fort Wayne, Ind., pleaded guilty to an amended charge of operating a vehicle after underage consumption. Sentence: 30 days jail, 27 days suspended, $250 fine, license suspended one year, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP.

Joel M. Delarosa, 26, 1570 N. Perry St., Lot 4, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of physical control. Sentence: 180 days jail, 177 days suspended, $375 fine, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP.

Dolly M. Little, 51, 6887 Road 24, Continental, pleaded no contest to driving under FRA non-compliance and was found guilty. Sentence: $200 fine and court costs.

Jan. 31

Eric J. Schreiber, 44, 440 E. Third St., Ottawa, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of reckless operation. Sentence: $150 fine.

Bradley J. Steffan, 26, 7050 State Route 224, Ottawa, pleaded no contest to assault and was found guilty. Sentence: 180 days jail, suspended, $150 fine and no contact with victim for two years.

Gideon M. Gambrel, 21, 1129 W. Market St., Lima, pleaded guilty to drug abuse/possession. Sentence: $150 fine. He was also fined $150 for drug paraphernalia.
