Allen County grand jury indictments for May


An Allen County grand jury returned 17 public indictments this month. Those indicted and their charges are:

Kurt D. Emans, 54, of 84 Riley Creek Court, Bluffton, three counts of aggravated theft.

Alisabeth A. Brady, 29, of 412 Harrison Ave., two counts of promoting prostitution, kidnapping and trafficking in persons.

Ross M. McWay, 37, of 455 N. Kenilworth Ave., two counts of rape with repeat violent offender specification and kidnapping with repeat violent offender specification.

Cameron I. Lott, 20, of 430 E. Second St., two counts of assault.

Maurice A. Smith, 39, of 111 Cam Court, Apt. 24, kidnapping, rape and domestic violence.

Tina M. Hall, 40, of Ada, two counts of burglary and one count of receiving stolen property.

Marcus D. Gant, 27, of 412 Harrison Ave., two counts of promoting prostitution, kidnapping and trafficking in persons.

Shawn H. Russell, 20, of Kenton, burglary.

Jamare R. Allen, 21, of 1031 S. Union St., having weapons while under disability, carrying a concealed weapon and improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle.

Albert McDowell III, 38, address unavailable, domestic violence and domestic violence with a firearm specification.

Jacob L. Williams, 29, of 744 Oak St., petty theft.

Dakota Kindle, 21, of 726 Broadway St., petty theft.

George P. Bogatko, 48, of 743 N. Main St., felonious assault, domestic violence and abduction.

Jarvis C. Lewis, 27, of 517½ E. Eureka St., burglary.

Leonard Bingham Jr., 49, of 1340 W. State St., possession of cocaine, illegal manufacture of drugs, having weapons while under disability and possession of marijuana.

Terrell H. Ford, 20, of 2275 N. Cable Road, Apt. 137, grand theft.

Terry C. Williams, 26, of 740 Hope St., aggravated burglary, felonious assault and assault.
