LIMA — Bruce and Jean Ansley, of Lima, announce the engagement of their daughter, Andrea Jean, to Bryan Todd Fisher, son of Chet and Brenda Fisher, of Lima.The bride-elect is a graduate of Bath High School and attends Rhodes State College. She is employed by Texas Roadhouse.Her fiance is a graduate of Bath High School and the University of Northwestern Ohio.
