LIMA — Glen and Ruth Ann Slone, of Lima, announce the engagement of their daughter Tosha Marie, to Matthew Jay Mikesell, son of Betty Mikesell, of Lima. Mikesell is also the son of the late Doyle Mikesell.
The couple will exchange wedding vows Aug. 3, 2013, in Lima.
