OTTAWA — Nelson Carder, of Ney, announces the engagement of his daughter, Lisa Marie DeLong to Gary Morman, son of Roy and Rita Morman, of Ottawa. The bride-elect is also the daughter of the late Bonnie Carder.
A fall wedding is planned.
