She was born March 13, 1918, to John and Donna (Allen) Wireman, of Waynesfield. On March 25, 1937, she married Miles C. Hamilton.
Hamilton has two sons, Harold (Marilyn) Hamilton, of Indian Lake, and James (Linda) Hamilton, of Lima. She has four grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter.
She worked at Yale Brothers Printing in Waynesfield, Westinghouse in Lima and Bath schools.
Hamilton is an avid fan of The Ohio State Buckeyes, Cincinnati Reds and the PGA.
