100th Birthday — Evelyn M. Gray

LIMA — Evelyn M. Gray, of Lima, will celebrate her 100th birthday April 13, 2012. An open house is planned from 3 to 5 p.m. April 14 at New Hampshire United Methodist Church.She was born April 13, 1912, in Lima, to Clyde and Maude Murray. She married David C. Gray in 1933, and he died Jan. 12, 1996.Gray has one son, Jim (Emma Lou) Gray, of Lady Lake, Fla.; and one daughter, Jean (Joe) Horn, of Waynesfield.She was a school teacher and co-owned Gray’s Orange Barn, of Lady Lake, Fla. She has attended Trinity United Methodist Church of Lima since moving to Lochhaven in 2007.Gray is an artist and paints in oils. She enjoys crosswords and keeping active.
