HARROD — Mr. and Mrs. Gene Derringer will celebrate 55 years of marriage March 16, 2013.
Gene and the former Arlene R. Fleming were married March 16, 1958, at Liberty Chapel Methodist Church, in LaFayette.
They are the parents of three children: Cris (Marty) Chambers, of Cridersville, Doctor Cindy (James) Lynn, of Austin, Texas and Mike (Natalie Taylor) Derringer, of Westerville. They have five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Gene is a retired CPA and Treasurer of Koenig Equipment, Inc. His wife is a retired administrative assistant.
