ADA — Mr. and Mrs. Erwin Nelson, of Ada, are celebrating 40 years of marriage today, Nov. 4, 2012. A family dinner is planned.
Nelson and the former Cathy Emlinger were married Nov. 4, 1972, at First Baptist Church, in Ada, by the Rev. R.W. Shepard.
They are the parents of two sons, David (Kim) Nelson, of Ada and Mike (Jessica) Nelson, of LaFayette; and one daughter, Cindy (Shane) Hoffman, of Lima. They have seven grandchildren.
