LIMA — Mr. and Mrs. Robert McElroy, of Lima, celebrated 50 years of marriage Jan. 26, 2013.
McElroy and the former Sue Paxton were married Jan. 26, 1963, at Trinity United Methodist Church, in Lima.
They are the parents of two sons, Jeff (Robin) McElroy, of Lima and Jon (Joni) McElroy of Kettering; and one daughter, Jill (Chris) Sarven, of Lima. They have six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
McElroy is employed as manager of Kewpee Restaurants. His wife is a homemaker.
