Crime Stoppers is seeking information on a man running a scam to collect money for a cancer patient. The Better Business Bureau of Lima reported a m is soliciting money donations for an 8-year-old girl suffering from cancer, while the family of the child say he has no authority to do so. The man is described as a white male, approximately 5 feet 4 inches, with brown hair and blue eyes.
