PANCAKES
On a lazy Sunday morning, the fragrant flapjack makes a perfect vehicle for maple syrup, fruit compotes, yogurt, sliced berries or a simple dusting of powdered sugar. Making them from scratch doesn't take much longer than using a mix and allows you to add differing flavors and textures such as with these ricotta pancakes with blueberry sauce.
