Xavier Arrick, 20, seated in Allen County Common Pleas Court after a Judge Richard Warren granted judicial release for Arrick who had less than one year left on a three-year sentence. Arrick pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter in the Aug. 30, 2010, shooting death of Eric Armstead. Armstead was shot in the head as she sat on a Madison Avenue porch.
Tara Cutlip, 21 and pregnant with her second child, was shot and killed Saturday in her Bahama Drive home. Loved ones gather in front of Tara's home to remember her and speak out against domestic violence.
