LIMA — It’s war on Saturday when the International House of Pain brings their best moves to W.A.R. Wrestling’s “Unstoppable” event.“This is a new faction trying to run rampant over W.A.R. They say they’re going to be unstoppable,” said promoter Tom Williams. Indeed, that group consisting of Ashley Sixx, Ethan Page and Mike Rollins, is challenging the best of the best at this match. “We don’t even have this yet on the website. It was just announced. We call them the House of Pancakes because of their IHOP name, but they say they’ll prove their strength,” Williams said. This event will join the other nine matches on the fight ticket.“We’ve got current champion Kaden Assad fighting a secret opponent, one who has evil intentions,” Williams said. “I’m not giving it away, but it’s someone who will return to the area after a five-year absence.”As always, money raised from the event will help the Allen County Humane Society.“All of our local live shows are fundraisers for the Humane Society. I think sometimes that group gets lost in the shuffle because animals don’t have a voice. They’ve been out of the limelight for a couple of years now,” Williams said.A fundraiser in October by W.A.R. Wrestling raised $2,100 for the local society.
