LIMA — Lima Baptist Temple is holding a men’s prime rib dinner featuring coach Tommy Bowden at 6 p.m. Saturday, April 21, at Apollo Career Center, 3325 Shawnee Road, Lima. Tickets are $25 per person; $125 for a table of six; $250 for a table of 12.
The event is sponsored by Man to Man, Lima Baptist Temple’s Men’s Ministry.
Bowden comes for a family of coaches. He coached Division 1 football for 32 years including teams of Alabama, Auburn, Florida State, West Virginia, Kentucky, Duke Tulane and Clemson. Coach Bowden holds a record as head coach for 90 wins in eleven and a half years and never had a losing season.
